As part of its services package, the Company offers services to senior communities and their families. For Assisted Living and Continuing Care facilities, Contact will provide each facility with video conferencing systems, while enabling distant family and friends with application downloads to easily link with their senior resident via cable or DSL broadband connections from home or office. For senior centers located around the country, seniors living at home can visit their local community run senior center to do video conferences with their family members. both service packages will use the Promeetium scheduling software to pre-book system assets for their use during hours of operation at each facility.

Funeral Home Industry

Contact's private network technology provides customized video conferencing solutions for specific under-served market segments. The first of these segments will be funeral homes allowing face-to-face video condolence conferences and remembrances from family and friends that cannot attend wakes and funerals in person. The Company will partner with major chains of funeral homes to create private video remembrance networks.

Contact's service will allow loved ones to visit with their families and friends via video conference from any of the chain's locations. The companies in the funeral business are always looking for new services to provide, and new streams of revenue. It is anticipated that the chains will provide the capital expenditures for the equipment, with Contact acting as the systems integrator and service operator.

Video Remembrance Network™
To execute this business, Contact has formed a separate LLC, Video Remembrance Network, LLC ("VRN"). The majority shareholder of VRN is Contact. With Contact's customized video delivery architecture integrated with web-based scheduling software by Promeetium, Inc., VRN is able to supply the total service package needed for this application.

Funds Transfer Industry

Contact International has identified a huge, growing and completely underserved market in immigrants, foreign workers and students living in the US and Western Europe and sending (or receiving) remittances to or from their home countries. These people are often cut off from their families for months, or years at a time. Many regularly send money home. Contact’s proprietary technology will enable them to communicate face-to-face with their loved ones through reciprocal video mails conveniently and at low cost. Our first focus will be on people sending remittances between the US and Latin America. We have established FamilaNet to serve the Hispanic community.
